Dnf The Secret Runners Of New York Book Review

This story is told based on a teenage girl called Skye who and her twin brother Red move into this new school and then they found out the world was going to end and Skye finds the future could be risky then she thinks it would be there some triggers: Suicide, Mental Health, Blood and vomiting and more so if you're not comfortable in these topics don't read it! I had mixed feelings about this book because I was loving it a bit in the beginning but later reading I felt bored in the story and it was all about rich kids bashing each other about things they had and also too much girl shaming and hate plus the period scenes were so unrealistic I agreed with some good reads reviews that Reilly had to seek some teenage girls to put Skye's voice into place because she didn't sound like a teenage girl at all plus how she had an ego in the end to acting like a rich girl didn't make any sense at all and the plot was so weak and the writing style was just my gosh its a no

So many of you might not know that I am an author so my job is to read and write A LOT! and that might make you a bit puzzled about why I love it so much which I am coming to explain to you now however even since I was twelve years old and a kid I've loved books but I stopped reading when I reached my teens because as any teenage girl at the time it's hard to find interest and time to sit down and read a book, plus as a teen girl their so many things you're going through, so when I went to college at sixteen things became quite isolating for me and my friends didn't bother to really have a face to face conversation with me because they would be on their phone the entire time and I thought that I think I am going to get back into reading because books make better friends than people am i right?  so then I fell in love for reading because I went to so many am

How I Create My Characters?

Hello my fellow writers today I am going to talk about how I create my characters this idea was inspired by Lily If you want to know more her Instagram is @LilyAnnaWrites now let's get into this post! Q: so first of all you might want to know how do I create my characters names? A: basically I find names on baby name sites for my male characters I write more male characters than female because I feel there's something about writing boy characters that make my voice come out more, but everyone has a different taste of gender they write characters for.  most people weren't a fan of me writing boy characters but I'm not changing the gender I write for to make anyone happy, anyway okay enough ranting about that we're moving on now! Q: the other you might want to know is how old are my characters generally? A: at the moment my characters are high school teens going to school and learning about life also discovering themselves and I think teens are inter

The Idea Of Tommy & Daniel

Hello Everyone welcome back to another blog post! Today post is actually a special one since "The Step Love" turns one year today and I asked everyone what plans I should do and by the way I loved the answers from bookstagram but I decided maybe I talk about how Tommy and Daniel came to reality for me to talk about them all the time to you guys. I remember it was 2015 and I was sitting in my room thinking of what else to write then this boy appeared into my mind and I thought about it twice then I saw another boy came as his brother then that's where I saw a Tommy and his little brother Daniel, then I started to see a boy and a girl forming something together and that's how Sarah and Tommy came then other more people plus Harriet too and the ideas for making Tommy and Daniel are not really my strength or anything, I think God knew I was an author since I was writing The Little Bear Stories and I wrote The Last Day Of School Term in 2010 then I took a long hiatus

Topic: Why Doesn't Audible and Kindle count as reading?

I hear people saying a lot Audiobooks and e-books doesn't count as reading if it doesn't then why do we waste a bit of money buying them because they do count as reading quite well even if you're a very busy person you want to be able to still enjoy life as a bookworm without having to rush around to grab the book before you leave for school or whatever you're doing in your life, plus it also saves you a bit of money and time to get all the reading done and also make more reviews about books too which is good because sometimes reading can be a hard thing to do, so having an Audiobook or the Kindle app can save you time when you're in a hurry or you left that favorite book you been dying to read at home, which can be painful but when Kindle and Audible you can still enjoy that book without panicking about anything so I personally find Audible and Kindle count as the greatest reading especially life becomes harder and busier when you're an adult, I think that&

Topic: Advice to keep Writing Your Amazing Young Adult Books!

Today I'm speaking to you guys about my personal advice I give myself to keep writing and not stopping on it! first of all we all know writing isn't easy as many people think it is, Writing is a challenge and a battle to sit down on your butt everyday and trying to get some words down is never easy, but what I tend to find interesting about writing is that it expands your mind to understand so much about life and how we humans treat ourselves and behave to our friends and family or whoever in your life you have. Always plan the time you want to write (for myself I tend to write daily even though its hard but I can say the adventure never ends) Make your characters likable if they're teenagers look at how real teens behave and try and make them angry or mad because this make them a little real (I tend to look at how real teens behave then give mine some emotions) Don't look at frame or money to be an author this is something many authors get themselves in
