The Bubble Boy Book Review

This book talks about a eleven year old boy called Joe Grant who spends his whole life in hospital due to the illness, he has so he never been outside not even for a moment but when a nurse called Amir comes in he changes his life and he believes in superhero's and aliens but Joe realises not all Super heroes wear capes, he also has an American friend called Henry, who he speaks with all the type on skype they sometimes go on screens to see each other. Joe stated that Henry might have the same illness as him, so they are really good best friends the problem is that they have a time difference because it makes it hard for the to communicate a lot and Joe has also been on TV as documentary about his life being in a bubble, so he even had fans on the BBC website asking him questions to know more about him, Amir did a risky thing which made the hospital mad at him is he took Joe outside, when he wasn't ready and well enough to do it, when he passed out really bad on that night, when Greg and nurse Joe connect with really well was there with him and Beth his sister was annoyed with Amir for doing that, because she really cares about her little brother.

I loved the book it made me laugh and cry and I really related to how Joe felt his life was a bubble because not being able to do much and your in one room makes you feel blind and deaf from the world and I felt all the loneliness at times he went through. he didn't really have friends apart from Henry and I loved how Joe and Henry bounded together and how Amir was he made me laugh a lot throughout the book especially Greg when Joe asked him questions about Katie Greg's girlfriend, which he felt embarrassed to go into details about her because Joe is too young and Beth was really supportive of her brother and she tried her best to be there for him, the book felt so real because Joe felt like a real eleven year old going through these struggles and I can relate to the loneliness and anger he feels being in his room all the time.

This book feauture two teenage characters who two parents own the restraunt and they are called Pepper and Jack then they develop a romance through a chat App called Wazuel where all the students talk together Jack was the boy and creator of the app that his parents didn't know he was a part offf and the school didn't too this changes his world upside down until he meets Pepper a girl in his class that, they both kept talking which tranform their relationship into Twitter and the whole thing becomes a trending hastag between the two they had to solve it out before it was too late.... I didn't love this book to be honest I felt bored reading it because there wasnt anything interesting a lot apart from the whole twitter drama and I wanted it to be more punchy, I found the writing style to be quite cringe and slow reading and I didn't have any connection for anyone in the book at all maybe apart from Jack I did, I found him to be quite a dorky cutie to read about anyway I ...
