Why I Read and Write?

Hi everyone and Happy Thursday Today I am going to talk about why I read and write so let's get into it!

So many of you might not know that I am an author so my job is to read and write A LOT! and that might make you a bit puzzled about why I love it so much which I am coming to explain to you now however even since I was twelve years old and a kid I've loved books but I stopped reading when I reached my teens because as any teenage girl at the time it's hard to find interest and time to sit down and read a book, plus as a teen girl their so many things you're going through, so when I went to college at sixteen things became quite isolating for me and my friends didn't bother to really have a face to face conversation with me because they would be on their phone the entire time and I thought that I think I am going to get back into reading because books make better friends than people am i right?  so then I fell in love for reading because I went to so many amazing places through books yes I did and I would love to dive into those imaginary teens I would love as friends growing up again.

I'm going to explain why I love writing now here this almost goes the same as the reading for me but I would go a little in depth about the writing a bit so I've started my first book when I was younger and I adored it so much and I wrote a few stories at school when I was in my teens and college too but what I love about writing is that you learn so much about your own character they're basically like our children the more you care and give them love the better they show that for you if they want too and writing is also an adventure that you get to learn new words and things that you never knew when you was a kid, I think their life lessons to because when I was a kid I didn't have a lot of friends going through things characters I write about would, so it makes me have an open door for the character because good writers write from their hearts, its not about the frame or money, but having your name out there and people loving what I am doing means so much to me because God gave me this gift and I'm going to cherish it forever because it's such a great journey and I had so much fun doing this and I've made a lot of great friends in the writing community and bookstagram as a whole.

Thank you all for listening I hope you loved it as much as I did writing it.
