10 Blind Dates Book Review


We meet seventeen year old Sophie who wanted to spend Christmas with her boyfriend Griffin and things didn't turn out the way she wanted and left her disappointed so her family members decided to set her up with 10 blind dates to help her get over the breakup also her sister Margot was pregrant for having a baby so Sophie would text her to ask how she was and Griffin for the breakup how Sophie and him broke up was Sophie overheared Griffin telling his friend at a party he wanted to break up with her because things was going to fast and he didn't notice Sophie was hidden while listening, he regret what he said but it was too late Sophie heard everything and left the party totally heartbroken...

 I loved this book so much it was cute and adorable it really fits for Christmas because I never read a story set on Xmas and Wes and Sophie were sweet to read about, I enjoyed this one a lot I want to see all the characters again if there was a sequel I can't wait to read more from this author her writing suits stories like these because it feels honest and real in your eyes.

Q: so first of all you might want to know how do I create my characters names? A: basically I find names on baby name sites for my male characters I write more male characters than female because I feel there's something about writing boy characters that make my voice come out more, but everyone has a different taste of gender they write characters for.  most people weren't a fan of me writing boy characters but I'm not changing the gender I write for to make anyone happy, anyway okay enough ranting about that we're moving on now! The Bubble Boy Book Review

This book talks about a eleven year old boy called Joe Grant who spends his whole life in hospital due to the illness, he has so he never been outside not even for a moment but when a nurse called Amir comes in he changes his life and he believes in superhero's and aliens but Joe realises not all Super heroes wear capes, he also has an American friend called Henry, who he speaks with all the type on skype they sometimes go on screens to see each other.
