Truly Madly Awkward Book Review

Hello everyone I'm finally back from Ghana, it's been so long I've been book blogging but I haven't forgotten about it at all, I mostly been reading and writing in Ghana too to complete some projects and writing especially for The Step Love Sequel, but I am going to sit here now and tell you all about Truly Madly Awkward by Beth Garrod, which entertained me a lot while being in Ghana, since it can be quite boring without a car.

This follows of the first book fifteen year old Bella Fisher who actually is going through more awkward things in her life and one of them has been when Bella one day applies a form to win a gig ticket for their favorite band the Heilcans, Bella grabs it because her friends adore them the whole school loves them a lot, what Bella didn't know is that can this keep her two best friends together and actually Tegan one of her friends started acting quite weirdly, which made Bella thought maybe she didn't like Mikey, but throughout the book it seemed Tegan wanted her friends around, so when she and Bella had a fought, Bella took it so on board when Tegan thoughts were different, however Bella's mom Mary was seen more and she was struggling financial stuff and she brought a lady called Shay to help out and things between her and Bella's older sister Jo weren't in great terms. what I found adorable in this book was the ending when Adam and Bella became boyfriend and girlfriend.

I actually loved the book and it was nice knowing Bella and her world with friends and family also Adam,  I love how real Beth writes Bella and the other characters most of them time, I found myself laughing in my head to the things they do as they felt like reality teenagers making all these decisions in their life not knowing how to cope with the real world and I liked seeing Adam again, I feel Beth made her male characters knowing Mikey, Luke and Adam the most clearest people in the book and also the friendship of Rachel and Tegan was real and raw, it's hard to find strong female friendships like this in teenage reads also in YA, but every time I read the awkward series, I gain more confident in Beth's writing of Bella.

Thank you for listening.

This book feauture two teenage characters who two parents own the restraunt and they are called Pepper and Jack then they develop a romance through a chat App called Wazuel where all the students talk together Jack was the boy and creator of the app that his parents didn't know he was a part offf and the school didn't too this changes his world upside down until he meets Pepper a girl in his class that, they both kept talking which tranform their relationship into Twitter and the whole thing becomes a trending hastag between the two they had to solve it out before it was too late.... I didn't love this book to be honest I felt bored reading it because there wasnt anything interesting a lot apart from the whole twitter drama and I wanted it to be more punchy, I found the writing style to be quite cringe and slow reading and I didn't have any connection for anyone in the book at all maybe apart from Jack I did, I found him to be quite a dorky cutie to read about anyway I ...
