Alex Approximately Book Review

This book talks about a eighteen year old girl called Bailey Rydell, who moves to California and she has online crush called Alex the problem is she never met him when discovers they live in the same state, Bailey desperately wants to know who her online crush "Alex" is whom it isn't his real name, Bailey also falls in love with a local surfer boy called Porter, she doesn't enjoy admitting the love for him. which has been Bailey Challenge to tell her father she in love with him Porter also has a strong battle with his friend Davy who use to be his best friend, but the two of them never got along so Davy told Bailey scooter baby, which her and Porter suspected Davy for taking baby Bailey's scooter which turned into a big fight.

I personally struggled to enjoy the book, there was some parts which felt that went on forever and I wouldn't recommend this book, if your a busy person because it'll be hard to get the humour and enjoyment to connect with the characters and the story, I felt it took longer to know who this online Alex crush is and what he looks like, but this book isn't so bad once you get into it.

Ruby Redfort Pick Your Poison Book Review

Ruby Redfort is going through a lot of issues her friend Del didn't trust her after a rumor was going around when Ruby tried to save her from Vapona the junior high bully and things for Del and Ruby didn't end in good terms but in the end it did Ruby also discovered her Mother Sabina might have been poisoned by what Ruby stayed up all night with her best friend Clancy to find out what it was. however she wasn't trusted by Blacker one of the Agent in the Spectrum's which sent out stories to the other agents not to trust Ruby, which Ruby couldn't get her hand on what it was, she also figured out a girl called Sal, she was disguised by Lorelei one of the baddest villains in the book, she can change herself into so many things that you'll never know who she really is, she planned to kill Ruby with Count also, Clancy nearly died in this book by some poison being given to him on the arm. The story explains two characters going through their life struggles Rob Lachlan and Meagan Day who is the sister of Samantha Day who is pregnant to her baby and Meagan is told by her parents her family needed to act perfect so no one knew what was going on with her sister baby and Meagan end up telling Rob about it but what Meagan didn't know that he also went through some tough life-ship with his best friend Connor the two of them use to be good friends until Rob father was known for doing something very risky in the two that it affected Rob and Connor's father not to get along then it went down to Connor and Rob so after everything Meagan realized her best friend Rachael was comparing herself to Meagan because she felt so perfect and Meagan ended up the same way with her sister which showed that the two good friends were going through drama because of the boys.
